Bathtub time!

So the upstairs bathtub in the kids bathroom has been on my list for a few weeks. The first coat of epoxy paint has been applied and is drying. Later today we'll try the second coat. Pictures to follow!

Hope the second coat smooths out more neatly than the first...

Lights!

Okay, I finally put up the lights I picked up on clearance for the back deck. I had wired a switch when I finished off the porch last fall! Now there is something to turn on!

Just about done!

I picked up a window at the ReStore for a whopping $10!

The outside wall is finished, short some caulking, as of today. I built a new threshold today to replace the one that came with the door. I added a bit of a ramp (a bit overbuilt!) to ease the lift out the door.

Just have some insulation and sheetrock around the window on the inside to do yet. More pictures are ready!

Alright...time for another project!

Today a window in the garage began the transition to a door...

The process should be complete tomorrow. The old Sweet Peas chalkboard is standing in as the window for the night...to cover the hole I created!

The kitchen. Its done!

First the island demo. Then the move of the oven with new floor vent and new electric. Then new floor. Then pull the sink and demo the countertops. New countertops in. Time to paint the cupboards. Then to build the new cabinet doors. On to the priming and painting of the doors. Finally the install, finished up today.

Pfew!
